What do you like best? The ease of the tool. The searchability and filter options are great! Our franchisees are able to use the tool with little training. Brandfolder is also able to hold all file formats and assets our previous vendor was not able too. If you have a question or issue, the support you receive from Brandfolder is great and quick. What do you like best? I love the ease of use Brandfolder has. All of our users were able to pick up Brandfolder with absolutely zero training. Needs to be more robust

What do you like best? Easy to use from an administrative point of view. It's very intuitive regarding adding and labeling files. What do you dislike? Amazing return on investment

What do you like best? Brandfolder has really changed our lives for the better in how we organize and search for assets. We now have the ability to search for assets, as well as see them from season to season all across the org. Brandfolder is a great product, keep improving it though!

What do you like best? It's a great way to organize multiple brands and different asset types. What do you dislike? Search functionality could be better, searching by simple keywords sometimes doesn't work unless searching by tags. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to use the pin tags and collections wisely. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Brandfolder is easy to customize. Makes what seems like the impossible possible and EASY! What do you dislike? Takes awhile to think through the best way to organize ALL your assets before you start setting up the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Still in the setup phase now, but it's already been so helpful creating a single source of truth for all of our brand assets.

Robust platform and features

What do you like best? Brandfolder has so many features to take advantage of, and a lot of customization you can do within your asset storage and info. What do you like best? With very little work, Brandfolder makes us look like the professionals we are and is easy for my users to find the images they need and send them to their customers.
