What do you like best? Brandfolder is super easy to upload files and share them with our distributors. We love how organized everything is and how helpful the customer service is when we have used them. I also like that I am able to create separate folders. What do you like best? The customer service is great and the product lets our company pool approved assets and templates to solidify our brand. What do you dislike? Some of the features seem like they haven't been entirely fleshed out—for instance, we created a link for employees to submit photos for approval to be used with our brand, and the upload part is great, but there's no automatic reply dispatched when admins reject or approve them, so I have to manually email the users that ...

What do you like best? Supports a variety of assets and has some good features for organization. What do you dislike? Searching isn't great. Wish there were some other features like scrubbing through video thumbnails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows for other members of the org to find assets they need with a quicker turnaround time.

What do you like best? The ease of being able to send clients assets. It is also very user friendly. What do you dislike? I haven't found any downsides. Makes life easy for marketers

What do you like best? We work with a lot of freelancers and outside vendors and brandfolder makes it easy to share artwork assets . I love the functionality to check the box and generate a link to specific assets. What do you dislike? The thing that's annoying is that once you get above 100 assets, there are multiple pages to click through. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like that Brandfolder lets us keep all our important files in one place. It's easy to access by myself, internal users, and external users looking for our press-kit-type items. Very simple to use. What do you dislike? I'm disappointed the price is jumping at the end of this year which will no longer be in our budget.
