What do you like best? It's incredibly easy to download multiple files at once, and how things are grouped and displayed is great. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The organizational factor for our photos. What do you dislike? It took a decent amount of time to learn the platform and lingo. Brandfolder provides a space for our lawyers to feel comfortable accessing the documents and photos they need.

Works for all the brands in our family

What do you like best? How granular you can get with the searching and filters. We have nearly 10 brands in our family and assets all over the place. This has already impacted our workflow become a daily tool for our users. What do you dislike? The only thing that I would like to see is the ability to have more than 2 brandfolders per account. What do you like best? It's an easy way to make files available to everyone in your organization. What do you dislike? It is difficult to learn and there isn't much training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been able to templatize common creative requests, easing the workload on the creative team.

Decent Software, Difficult To Navigate

Good but with one suggestion

What do you like best? I like the ability to tag each file. It makes it easier to find what I'm looking for. What do you dislike? I wish that the ability to add folders within folders was a thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to keep all of our creative assets in one place so that it is easily accessible by everyone in our department.

Easy and Intuitive

What do you like best? Easy to implement and for end users too. What do you dislike? Meta upload should not be an extra cost. That's kind of bananas to charge extra for a basic feature even if the product if overall a good bargain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were storing images in sharepoint. We're realizing all the benefits of having a real DAM.

Well organized

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Brandfolder's UI is friendly and clean. We're also able to upload items even when they're in different formats because anyway they'll be converted to our preferred version when we download them. Brandfolder Update after using for a few years (2020)

What do you like best? We've pretty much all of our organization assets over to brandfolder. We've pretty much changed the way our company functions around it. We no longer share clunky large files, we share Brandfolder links that allow us to control the versioning of the files and ensure what is being downloaded is the latest artwork, and not out dated.
