Decent Software, Difficult To Navigate
What do you like best? The preview tool works well. Good to have assets of all types available n one place What do you dislike? Search function is difficult - it;s hard to get results that are a narrow enough range to be useful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great to be able to have all assets hosted in 1 place and share either individually or as collections. It saves a lot of time with customers and looks slicker than a shared ...

Works for all the brands in our family
What do you like best? How granular you can get with the searching and filters. We have nearly 10 brands in our family and assets all over the place. This has already impacted our workflow become a daily tool for our users. What do you dislike? The only thing that I would like to see is the ability to have more than 2 brandfolders per account. Recommendations to others considering the product: Work with their onboarding agent to develop a plan of action if your team wasn't ...

Sharing Assets Made Easy
What do you like best? Selecting multiple assets and sharing one link with colleagues make creating briefs 100x easy and better. I also really enjoy the AI tagging when uploading new assets/images. I also like that it finds duplicate images and groups them as one in case you have uploaded the same asset multiple times. I also like that when you want to download an image, it gives you options like PNG, JPEG, etc. What do you dislike? I don't like that if an image is not tagged ...

Well organized
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Brandfolder's UI is friendly and clean. We're also able to upload items even when they're in different formats because anyway they'll be converted to our preferred version when we download them. When we create content for the web, this makes it a lot easier for us. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Sometimes files that are not in its original format take time to process when downloading. What specific ...

Brandfolder Update after using for a few years (2020)
What do you like best? We've pretty much all of our organization assets over to brandfolder. We've pretty much changed the way our company functions around it. We no longer share clunky large files, we share Brandfolder links that allow us to control the versioning of the files and ensure what is being downloaded is the latest artwork, and not out dated. This is a massive advantage on top of the overall better organization. What do you dislike? Previously talked about some ...
