Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I have no complaints. This tool is user friendly and easy to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I only access photos from Brandfolder but love the ease of use and the number of photos it allows for sharing.

Excellent Tool

What do you like best? It's a great place to keep everything in one place for our customers to find. What do you dislike? The navigation tools can be confusing and a bit cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing large files that are too big to e-mail with customers and allowing customers to be self sufficient in finding what they need from us.

Excellent tool for sales!

What do you like best? Makes it easy to find and share the documents and assets I need with my clients. Search feature is intuitive. What do you dislike? Overall nothing yet! Super easy to use, a great tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to find marketing materials that I can share with my clients. Time saving, can be more effective in the sales process.

Great Product!

What do you like best? Can pull up info anywhere. All located in same spot. What do you dislike? No app available. I would prefer an app to search the different folders available. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have things to share, use this company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to show customers all media and brand related info.

Easy to Use

What do you like best? Brandfolder is easy to use, items can be organized easily, and you can quickly search for a specific item. What do you dislike? There was a time that I accidently added items to the wrong board and then I had to delete them individually from that board which was very time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Brandfolder to search materials for our parish bulletin each week.

What do you like best? The wide range of multimedia items available for use. What do you dislike? Time limits on certain assets over others, but I do understand they only have finite space in the end. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like being able to access our heavy graphics files from anywhere. Our image library used to be stored in our server, but the files we work on for graphic design are usually large, so it takes us a long time to access especially when we're working remotely. An intuitive file sharing system

What do you like best? The ability to create sections, which makes finding the file you want a lot easier. Having multiple download links for one file is great as well. As a designer, I usually need a vector file, but sometimes I need that same creative in a web-ready format. With multiple download links under the same creative, you don't have to sort through a bunch of the same looking files to get the file type you need. It is also secure and easy to use.
