"Branch Rocks!"
What do you like best about Branch? The ease of use. It requires minimal troubleshooting or work on my part. Our employees all love it and it has eliminated our need for cash on hand to pay out delivery drivers. What do you dislike about Branch? Nothing it is great! It does everything we need it to do. What do you like best about Branch? Minors are now approved for a card but with a little extra added security. What do you dislike about Branch? What do you like best about Branch? The website and app are super easy to use, they provide great employee-facing onboarding materials and the support team is top notch. What do you dislike about Branch? Sometimes you receive emails that don't pertain to you -- but then the team tells you a bit later to disregard. Using Branch for work
PROS: I like that I'm able to trade shifts with my colleagues a lot more easily, even from home. CONS: I wish I can access Branch using the same number as my colleagues.

Simple and straightforward
PROS: We're able to easily access our team's schedules and everyone can also post messages on the app, which is a valuable tool for employee engagement. CONS: Fewer lags and glitches can avoid duplicate posts. It would also be helpful for the auto pop-up questions to be more relevant and all-encompassing, rather than focusing on a single recurring theme.
