What do you like best about Branch? The person I worked with Anna setting everything up was very helpful. What do you dislike about Branch? The support we received from the people trying to enroll. A lot of the time the hotline wasn't answered and the emails they wrote were not returned. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? Having cash on hand, not having to go to the bank every day to get cash to pay delivery drivers.

PROS: I like that I get to post the schedule of my team so it's more convenient for them to receive updates as well. CONS: None so far.

PROS: I like that I get to post the schedule of my team so it's more convenient for them to receive updates as well. CONS: None so far.

Time-efficient

PROS: It's great to be notified about the start of my shift ahead of time and on a regular basis. CONS: I wish I can access my colleague's contact details in case I need to reach them via regular messaging instead of the app.

Organized company schedule

PROS: I like that it's so easy to access and use: from viewing the calendar, to publishing a tweaked shift. Branch makes it so simple for admins and managers to share information with their teams. Notes are also easily shared after meetings. It's also useful to be receiving mobile notifications about the start of my shift as a reminder. CONS: It would be helpful to have more project management tools that will allow us to monitor the progress of company changes as and when they happen, to ...

What do you like best about Branch? It is simple to sign up and use! No Fees! Our employees value the insight into their spending habits and how to not only have a fee free banking account, but also learn to control their financial freedom. What do you dislike about Branch? There is nothing to dislike. The product works as advertised. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? We use a payroll service that does not do written checks and we have a lot of employees ...

What do you like best about Branch? The ease of use. It requires minimal troubleshooting or work on my part. Our employees all love it and it has eliminated our need for cash on hand to pay out delivery drivers. What do you dislike about Branch? Nothing it is great! It does everything we need it to do.
