After eight months of using the Branch platform, I really haven't come across any downsides or disadvantages to our organization. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? "Once Branch was implemented, it has been very simple to use and they have great customer service."

What do you like best about Branch? The customer service is what I like the most. What do you dislike about Branch? I wish they had a website that our teammates could use to signup with in addition to the app. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a paycard option for employees who don't have a direct deposit. The best benefit is good customer service when an issue does arise.

Good for team schedules

PROS: I like that our whole team can see our schedule in one place. I also like receiving reminders when I need to get to work -- it's very helpful. CONS: It would be great if the images would remain consistent regardless of the page view.
