What do you like best about Brainshark? Brainshark is easy to use and helps us communicate with our clients and their employees on a diverse number of topics. This has helped to reduced costs as the need to travel to multiple locations and communicate has been eliminated since we can deploy communication via Beainshark ensuring that everyone received a consistent message.

This has allowed our oganization to ensure that the processes, messaging and updates are truly understood by the individuals that make up our team. What do you like best about Brainshark? The support. I love that when I am confused on how to do what I'm wanting, I can contact support and they are very thorough about opening and closing tickets to ensure I've been helped.
