What do you like best about Brainshark? I thoroughly enjoy how easy it is to use. Very user-friendly. Also, the few issues I did have (they are few), the customer support people were thorough and helpful. Also, we get a lot of use and traction out of all the services - especially the podcasts adn the viewing of presentations. Clients like the ease and the flexibility of listening or viewing our podcasts/presentations on their own time.
