"Awesome training application"
What do you like best? Ease to use the program make great training much more achievable. Ability to build curriculum and monitoring of system such as attendance and scores make real convenient to control. One of our sales people use Microsoft Office products a lot and said if you can use them, Brainshark "should" be a breeze. Since it is training software, its nice it doesnt require extensive training to learn it.

What do you like best? Brainshark has changed the way that we train. We use it for all new product launches as prework for live training. It's also a great reinforcement tool for those who want to go back and listen to the science or marketing content on a particular product. We've built up a great library and can assign curricula to our new hires prior to attending new hire training classes.
