What do you like best about Brainshark? The courses are easily accessible and review-able. The course builder is easy enough to use such that my organization is putting out plenty of content for me to skill myself up.

Plus the reporting capabilities are perfect to let sales management know where their people are in completing the training and how they are scoring.
