What do you like best about Brainshark? The software is simple to use for both the designer AND the end-user! Tracking progress is easy, as well. Plus, they have a great support team and tons of support videos if you need help.

What do you like best about Brainshark? Content authoring tool is extremely intuitive and easy to use, regardless of user's technical proficiency. Service team is extremely responsive and dedicated to resolving problems, not just closing out the ticket. I wish all service desk teams operated this way.

What do you like best about Brainshark? The upload and distributing with Brainshark is fast. The fulfillment, the inclusion of details or assessment questions can be monitored, also documented in the notes entered. We coordinate the content through the curricula and have classes to recruit students with ease. Additionally, Brainshark talk is available to assist if you can't seem to figure out something.
