"Great implementation & support teams - platform needs some work"
What do you like best about Brainshark? Brainshark is great for taking PPTs and turning them into "training" and being flexible in how those materials are consumed internally or externally. The Scorecard functionality offers great data on usage/completion and the customization is fantastic! A major selling point for my company was also the integration between Brainshark and our Sales Enablement platform, Highspot.
