What do you like best about Brainshark? The ease of the tool. Its very easy to create a training. From uploading the file to editing and adding voice... the system is very straight forward and a quick learn.

From the account managers to the customer success reps, from those manning the online chat support through the highest level of technical support engineers everyone I've dealt with has been all that I could hope for. Responsive. Friendly. Engaged. Assertively looking for ways to assist me. "Easy to use software, always innovating and looking for ways to involve customers."
What do you like best about Brainshark? Brainshark is an easy to use content creation tool that doesn't require a background in instructional design, or much knowledge of creative tools outside of PowerPoint. Being able to mix and match media types is key, and the ability to update audio or slide images in just minutes allows for us to keep content fresh and relevant without recreating the wheel.
