We are utilizing Brainshark to create remote in-service training for customer conversions and continued education. What do you like best about Brainshark? Brainshark easily allows us to create online training resources of various workflow processes. It is very easy to learn, and allows flexibility of content: podcast, webcast, videos, surveys and more. Especially like the ease of collaborating with guest authors remotely. The reporting customization is uncomplicated to use and is an integral part of our daily activity tracking.
