What do you like best about Brainshark? The Brainshark support team is incredibly helpful. they are quick to respond and willing to set up a call to help you work through any of your issues. I also greatly appreciate that they take and respond to product development submissions. They listen to what their user base wants and respond.

What do you like best about Brainshark? The actual uploading process of Powerpoint slides is very intuitive, and does a lot of background work for the user automatically. Uploading presentations is easy and hassle-free.

What do you like best about Brainshark? I love that I can get a rapid overview of my team's training assessments. I can see who has completed what and who is falling behind. The scorecards also provide a way for me to gauge if the training I am providing assists the reps in their daily activities.
