What do you like best about Brainshark? Ability to house and logically organize external-facing and internal support materials, making it easy for reps to find, use and share. Integrates very well with SFDC enabling "content-in-context", emailing content directly from a SFDC record and tracking customer engagement with that content. What do you like best about Brainshark? One of my favorite things about the Brainshark platform is the ability to insert questions anywhere in the training. The one thing that prevented us from going elsewhere was other platforms requiring all testing to be at the end only for training - which does nothing to enhance adult learning. "Easy to use and very insightful!"
What do you like best about Brainshark? I love that I can get a rapid overview of my team's training assessments. I can see who has completed what and who is falling behind. The scorecards also provide a way for me to gauge if the training I am providing assists the reps in their daily activities.
