Bordio is the most uncomplicated calendar management tool I’ve tried.

Bordio offers a level of simplicity I haven’t found in other tools. The platform’s kanban board view, specifically, has made my appointment scheduling tasks for our clinic much more manageable. Plus, with Google integration, Bordio allows me to send invites to our clients just by putting in their email. I can do all of this in Bordio’s platform. I’d say it’s very practical and saves me so much time.

Its real-time message feature works best for us.

I have never tried any project management software like Bordio. Its real-time messaging is really great. It’s the perfect fit for our small printing business. We can now get feedback and comments regarding the work we do in real time. It feels like our creative process has become smoother with Bordio. I just wish Bordio also had a paint tool of some sort so I could completely use it for our design work.

Great task management tool.

Bordio’s kanban board is similar to Trello’s but a little bit better. I’d say that because I can easily drag a task cards and move it to a couple of weeks ago or months away. I don’t have to switch tabs or clicks to many times just to move a task. I think it’s the best feature of Bordio that everyone should try.

The one tool you’ll ever need.

I’ve been messing around Bordio for some time now, and it’s been really good. First, the calendar view is pretty neat. It’s like having my mind in one place and see what’s going on without opening a gazillion of new tabs. Generally, I enjoy Bordio because it makes it easy to capture task, set priorities, and assigning tasks to individuals. In the work that we do, brainstorming is an essential part so that we stay on the same page. It’s nice that we can attach our designs to a specific task and give feedback to it. But for me, it’s Bordio’s simple and clear interface that makes me want to use it more.
