"Super helpful is keeping all clients information organized and keeping my calendar organized as well"
What do you like best about BoomTown? That it gives me to-dos and reminders. Boomtown for sure helps keep my insane schedule in order. Another feature that is super helpful is that allows me to see what other employees status is on accounts.

"Top Tier Real Estate Platform"
What do you like best about BoomTown? The CRM itself is great. The web app is fully functional and works flawlessly across all of its features. UI is pleasant to the eyes, web app is easy to navigate even for our older agents (it was a problem with other industry crms). The training is beneficial in getting your team to buy in instead of just hoping they "get it". The concierge service also helps vet out some leads that may not be legit / take care of having an ISA for smaller teams.

What do you like best about BoomTown? Nothing. Really, No ability to call and discuss questions, wants or needs with potential client. This would be a winner if you were able to do this but since you are not it is a definite nn0n-winner.
