Superb!
Bookwhen is easy to set up and very customer friendly. Staff are professional and will give you the advice you need when you require it. The price extremely competitive and the additional features superb. If I had found this booking system initially I would never have changed, but I have now signed a contract with another provider.

So happy that I chose to use Bookwhen for my community exercise classes booking platform. It has been super easy to set up, customer service has been amazing and it has been the easiest software ever for me to use. I love it and highly recommend you check it out.

Excellent customer support
I have always had such a great experience when using bookwhen. The system is very user friendly and the customer support is excellent. Whenever I have a question, I receive a very quick and professional response. I have spoken to Jen on a number of occasions. She is fantastic. I highly recommend bookwhen.

Very easy set up and the software…
Very easy set up and the software simple to use and amend. My customers say it is very easy to book classes, which is what I want. No fuss.
