Bookwhen is simply amazing

Bookwhen is simply amazing! It has completely transformed my businesses. We use Bookwhen at my theatre school and so far this year we've had about 500 enrolments over the past 12 months all booked via Bookwhen - this has literally taken away the majority of admin that I had to do before we used Bookwhen and I no longer have to chase payments or plough through my bank statements to see who has paid and who has not. I love this software - so easy to create professional impression while also functionality rich for a pretty reasonable price.

No system is perfect, and I won't say that Bookwhen is as close as it gets, but it works well, it's not overly complex and it meets my needs.I love that all my events are listed for people to see on the one page. I love that the page has a simple url. I absolutely love that it doesn't take much for me to alter the form for each event. So Easy to set up and use

I’m usually useless trying new online sites as an older person who doesn’t understand technology! But bookwhen has been so easy to set up even for me, and links easily to my Basic Facebook page and PayPal. It’s made it really easy for people to book my classes immediately. And taken one stress away from me which is always a good thing 😊 I recommend it to a colleague who was also nervous but found it brilliant too.
