i am really happy with the Bookwhen…
i am really happy with the Bookwhen system. Their customer service is outstanding. I'm not tech savvy at all!! Whilst I was setting up the system, I messaged them several times a day. Response was v quick, literally minutes sometimes.If they were busy, they send a link to the exact help page needed until they can answer directly. Very well priced too. I intend to stay with this company Highly recommended

Absolutely love Bookwhen
Absolutely love Bookwhen. So easy to use. Had an issue trying to sort something and within 30 mins my question was answered and the issue was sorted. (It was an issue that was my fault not bookwhen) Thanks again..love it.

Sharing home with family members
Hi ! I use Bookwhen to allow my family members to be able to use my country home when i am not using it. Very easy to work with. I recommand.

Bookwhen are amazing
Bookwhen are amazing. I used to use Mindbody for my yoga studio and it was so expensive, so difficult to use, and the customer service wasn't good. Since using bookwhen my business has become so much easier to run, it is a fraction of the price of Mindbody and their customer support is amazing. If ever I have a question they reply straight away on their chat and they always have the answer to help. I wish I had switched to bookwhen sooner!

Since I been with bookwhen Jen has been my assistant, she is professional, fast, clear but overall the patient and positive attitude she has to deal with my poor knowledge of booking system and IT stuff is unbelievable! Ten points for Jen , I can see she is really passionate about what she does and as I said, everyone can assist a customer but not many can have the skill to be at the same time so care and positive! Well done ! Bookwhen you are amazing to have people like Jen on the team .
