Great booking platform!
I use Bookwhen to schedule outdoor activities for my business. It's easy and quick for me to schedule and update activities that I'm running, I can access it from my phone so it's convenient if I'm out and about and it's user friendly for my customers. It's also a really good price for the service I get. I'd definitely recommend it if you're a business that requires people to book onto an event or activity!

I've been using BookWhen for various ticketing needs for many years and with no problems to report. Useful updates occur from time to time. It's a nice platform designed and operated by a small dedicated team in the UK. Respect.

EXCELLENT BOOKING SYSTEM
The Bookwhen website is easy to manage and whenever I have had a query it has been dealt with speedily and professionally. Whether guided by the chat box or phone calls, I have discovered aspects of the website that are very useful indeed. My students (some of whom have had challenges with other booking systems) absolutely love using it and that says it all for me.

An really good intuitive system!
An intuitive system that seems to cover all angles. We are about to start year 2 and are impressed with the stability all round!
