An absolute must for anyone that…
An absolute must for anyone that provides online training sessions and webinars. An absolute doddle to sync to your zoom and payments platform and even easier to schedule the events. Particularly love that you can upgrade and downgrade as and when you want.

I love bookwhen
I love bookwhen - I have used it for my yoga business for years. I decided to try another platform a few years back and found so many problems that I didn't have with bookwhen. I love the monthly payment structure - I know exactly what I'm paying every month rather than some platforms which charge a percentage. Easy to use, good value and friendly help service
We've been using Bookwhen for several years now and find it very good. The system is easy to set up events on and allows a good level of customisation to our own business for a system which is not bespoke to us. In general our users also find it simple to use. Any time I've needed to contact the Bookwhen team for assistance, they are very quick to respond and really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend as a good value option.

Bookwhen works for my small business
Bookwhen works for my small business. It allows me to set up sessions easily and my customers can book easily. It works great collecting payments with Stripe which means I am not chasing customers for payment.

Superb customer support!
I have found Bookwhen really easy to set up and use. It is perfect for my small business. Best of all, however, is the amazing customer support which is amongst some of the best I have ever received. Queries are always very quickly answered and they are always followed up to make sure I am happy and have managed to resolve any issue. Thankyou to all the Bookwhen team!

A reliable and easy to use site for my business
I’m a self employed yoga snd pilates instructor. I’ve been using Bookwhen for a couple of years now. I find it really easy to and very pleasant to use. It’s so much better than other sites I’ve seen or used. The customer service is brilliant. Prompt and friendly. They always explain how to do things really clearly or direct you to explanatory videos which are really helpful. I have also recommended Bookwhen to other yoga teacher friends who need a reliable booking site.
