PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The interface is really straightforward and simple. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It can be too straightforward though—not allowing much room for livelier aesthetics. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Bookeo has helped us get more bookings
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Bookeo's host of tools, we can better manage our reservations digitally. It doesn't even take a lot of effort to install each of its modules and to learn how to maximize its capabilities. I also enjoy very much how I can tailor the workspace to my needs and how I can dictate what information a customer can see when they enter the client portal. I have been using Bookeo for a year...
I have been using Bookeo to manage my business for a year now and it is without doubt one of the most frustrating experiences out there.There is little to no customer support on this platform, it is as if it was set up and still runs out of a bedroom in someones parents house. There are levels of 'help articles', but they are not very good and there is hardly any offsite help on the wider web.The UI is exceptionally clunky and outdated - think mid naughties - and this serves to confuse both ...
