"How to maximize team friendship and collaboration"
What do you like best about Bonusly? It helps peers akwnoledge the works they are doing by other peers. May it be a conversation, a helpful hint about a project or just a little cheer up, they feel connected all together. Not a single day I don't see some point being tossed around to a co-worker !

"Fantastic recognition platform"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The best part about bonusly is that it allows anybody within the organization to be recognized. It does not have to be held to the sales team, or revenue generators, leadership, etc. The recognition program is fantastic horizontally across the board and brings the entire company / team together.

What do you like best about Bonusly? The ability for our firm to create custom gifts for our team members is invaluable. We like to reward in non-monetary ways sometimes -- like "Bring Your Dog to Work" day, a favorite -- and the team seems to value those more.
