What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is a pretty good engagement tool for rewarding peers and other employees for their work (and a great way of saying thanks to folks that help out). I love that you can see others giving bonusly to each other which always drums up engagement.

What do you like best about Bonusly? It allows me to provide recognition to well-deserved team members in a way that they feel appreciated. For example, knowing that I can trade in x amount of points for a gift card to treat myself makes me feel great and honestly encourages me to want to collaborate more with other org members.

"Easy and fun application to use"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Very intuitive, has easy navigation, guidelines as you work with it, cool built-in GIFs, pictures, and great gamification. A lot of options to convert to $ and use your kudos.

"The Best Way to Show Support"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly allows work colleagues and/or friends to support one another in an excellent, fun way. It also feels rewarding to cheer each other on by giving away points that can be cashed in for some useful gift cards. I like the program's simplicity, and it works well on Slack, which is what my team uses to communicate with each other.
