What do you like best about Bonusly? Using Bonusly helps our team members recognize and thank eachother for their hard work. We also celebrate milestones like work annaversaries and birthdays in a fun way. Tying recognition to a monitary value has helped increase usage of peer feedback which in turn increases feelings of acomplishment/recognition in team members.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is seriously awesome! It's the perfect way to give props to your colleagues for all their hard work. I love all the options for redeeming rewards, from gift cards to charity donations - it's so fun to choose what to give.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I really like how you can shout of your colleagues and actually reward them in the process. We even use it as part of our sprint ceremonies to decide on our "Sprint Hero".
