"Great way to recognize peers in real time"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the fact that it makes it easy for my team to recognize their peers in real time. It takes the pressure out of carving out time to bring up specific events in our hectic days. It is so simply and quick to give someone coins and they feel the recognition immediately. It also allows for their peers so see the recognition and add on their own kudos.
