What do you like best about Bonusly? I like the fact that I can use this to celebrate my teammates; being in a busy work environment it is not always easy to thank someone in the moment but it's great to reflect back on a work week and remind our team that they matter and they've made a difference AND reward them for it

What do you like best about Bonusly? This tool is great for allowing employees to highlight and celebrate both teammates internal to their group and external to their team for support and help. I've seen praises and excitement for jumping in to support on customer calls, bug bashes, mentoring, and so much more. I love this idea of employees celebrating employees!
