"Very handy for encouraging staff"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I really like being able to just randomly give my staff some points when they do something good. Being able to give out some tangible gift in addition just to saying "good job" makes a big difference for them. As well as the social feed aspect so everyone can see whos been doing a good job. I like the analytics section too.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is so helpful because it's an easy way to make team member's feel appreciated. The ability to add a GIF makes all the difference because it makes it way easy to customize.

What do you like best about Bonusly? We don't get tips at my job but we all work super hard, so it's nice that we can at least send each other some extra appreciation with Bonusly. It really makes me feel seen and appreciated.
