"Great platform that could use some TLC"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The fact that this platform exists. Bonus points toward outlets I actually use and not low tier retailers is really clutch. Adidas, Sephora, all A+ They're high quality brands which is fantastic. The site is pretty easy to use as well.

What do you like best about Bonusly? The ability to easily recognize peers is good. The point redemption system is also simple to access and understand. It might be helpful to have a table stating the points conversion per brand.

What do you like best about Bonusly? It's easy to recognize and review those who’ve been recognized. You get emails and slack notifications that help remind you to share bonusly. The amount of redeemable options are plentiful.

What do you like best about Bonusly? This was a great incentive for employees. It allowed us to engage with one another and point out positives and also celebrate one another! It gave us an added incentive to go above and beyond.
