What do you like best about Bonusly? At first I found it strange to be given points to give away and receive, but I enjoy being able to give more than a "thanks" when someone does something that helps me learn and grow, or when a coworker goes out of their way to help me in some capacicty. With the points I can say thanks, give them some points and also give them a shout out for going above and beyond.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I like how Bonusly allows me and my teammates to acknowledge each other instead of it all falling on the shoulders of our shift leads, and site manager to notice the things that we do. I really appreciate how we can also send of site manager and our shift leads some bonusly points as well so that they know they are appreciated as well. The upside of using bonusly is the access to all the different gift cards we can purchase using our points.

"Nice incentive app for a small company"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Our company used Bonusly for small incentive within our team. It's easy to use and have lots of choice of way to receive the "bonus". It allows the team receive the bonus at the same time increasing the collaboration and support within the team. Good product, would definitely recommend!

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is a great way for employees to give peer to peer recognition. The rewards that you can cash out are a nice incentive for employees to go out of their way to rock their job!
