"Fun peer-recognition program that inspires me to achive"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The rewards are meaningful and easy to get. You don't need to save up for months to get a worthwhile reward. You have a nice budget of points to give out each month and it's incredibly easy to give points to your co-workers. I like knowing that I'm helping my team when I recognize their good work, and I'm inspired to do my best in order to earn more points.

"Easy way to recognize people"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I like how easy it is to recognize people all over the company, even those with whom I have little interaction on a day to day basis. If someone does something I want to recognize, it is as easy as logging into Bonusly and typing their name and a sentence. It becomes viewable everywhere.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Easy to use. I can open the app, find a coworker, let them know how I appreciate them, and give them some points to spend
