What do you like best about Bonusly? I love how easy it is to give recognition to deserving individuals at my discretion and have that recognition count for something. Companies often direct employees to recognize a job well done with a pat on the back or an email but this system provides actual, tangible rewards for those employees who truly go above and beyond.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonsuly occasionally asks me if there's something a particular colleague has done that's worth recognition. It's great to be able to recognise colleagues with real rewards
