What do you like best? Bonus.ly is brilliant as a team building tool and as a moral booster. Being able to immediately reward the efforts of a colleague is brilliant. Plus it is in your hands, not that of upper management or whatever, but you showing genuine appreciation to a colleague.

What do you like best? Bonusly is a great way to incentivize our whole team to give credit where credit is due. It's also a fun team building experience to collaborate across departments and feel like a vital part of the company.

What do you like best? The stats. Being able to see who earned what where. Not to mention, trying to push my own stats up by making myself available to others when they need any assistance.
