What do you like best? I like that I can reward someone for just about anything. I also really like that managers and higher ups can see the rewards you get and can see if you did something great they normally wouldn't notice. It is nice to see instant gratification for a job well done.

What do you like best? We love using Bonusly at work because it's a system for sending thanks or publicly shouting out a coworker. They send you reminders throughout the month to give your Bonusly points away to others who deserve recognition. Then, you can use the points you've received to choose your own reward, which so many options ranging from gift cards to company swag!

What do you like best? I love that you are able to recognize coworkers that have assisted you or that actually deserve to be rewarded. This makes it easy and effortless to give little bonuses. The hashtags and now pictures actually are great because everyone in the company can see it!
