On top of that, the fact you can add gifs and memes to your comments and having other people join the conversation really turn this into a funny, enjoyable tool.

"Best peer-to-peer recognition tool"
What do you like best? I like that I'm able to recognize my peers as frequent as I like. I like that I'm also being elevated for the work I do on the day to day that would often just fall into "work as usual". Days like Birthdays and Anniversaries are meaningful. The rewards are really awesome as well.
