What do you like best about Bonusly? I love how easy it is to get up and running. I was able to sign up for a free trial and have our Bonusly ready for launch within hours. The design of the platform is easy, intuitive, modern. I love that the team can give rewards to each other as well as the company give its own rewards and kudos. I love that there is a wide variety of stores, charities, and even the ability to cash out via PayPay when redeeming the rewards. Something for everyone! ...

"Great HR tool!"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The ability to recognize and actually reward awesome behavior! I like that there is an urgency created by having points time out. My organization does a decent job of utilizing the tool throughout the month, but there is a surge of people jumping on at the end of the month to recognize each other before the month's allowance has run out.

What do you like best about Bonusly? It's great to have something to allocate points right away, while the deed is still fresh in mind. Amazing that the points turn into physical recognition, and it should for people who do their best.
