What do you like best? The best upsides are betting bonusly and using it as a fun incentive to get work done. It also is nice to be able to cash out or use it on an item of choice when you hit a certain amount.

What do you like best about Bonusly? How it connects the whole team. We have employees spread out across multiple locations and Bonusly helps us stay connected by spreading recognition on the big or small good deeds throughout the day. We call it our Team Twitter.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I think that the idea is just incredible. You get a monthly amount of points that you can give to coworkers as a gift in recognition for good acts or a great work. Then, if you get points from your peers, you can redeem them and get a reward (gift cards, paypal credit, or just donate it to a non profit organization, and more).
