What do you like best? Great tool for employee recognition. A lot of rewards to choose from for the employee, from gift cards to donations. Simple interface.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly helps hold me accountable to be up to date on the great things my coworkers are doing. I want to be invested in their successes and Bonusly helps me celebrate the little wins (along with the big ones). Bonusly makes it easy for me to commend someone on something I noticed so no little victories go unrecognized.

"Great tool for team recognition and promoting core values"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that we all get a monthly allowance to praise our colleagues, it's fun, central, easy, and we have hashtags based on all our core values, both the official ones and some unofficial. The team love the gif's although they are in danger of over-use! Being able to purchase giftcards and treat ourselves is awesome.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I really enjoy being to interact with colleagues, some of whom I do not have direct / personal contact with. I can say thank you and send points, and that's really great because these can be exchanged for real gifts.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Giving credit to my coworkers have become a fun and interactive part of our work environment. The site is easy to use and there's a ton of rewards. The use of stickers and gifs also makes giving rewards via Bonusly a fun experience.
