"Very useful for Online-Teams "
What do you like best about Bonusly? It holds my team together (60+ teachers who solely work online/remote). They are constantly rewarding their colleagues for their help, birthdays, anniversaries and it promotes good communication. They love it. It is also flexible and can adjust to any business model (off-and online). & we use their BOT so remote staff can directly reward each other through our group chat (we created a "Thank you" chat for this purpose).

What do you like best about Bonusly? Creates a culture of appreciation. The UI is simple and intuitive. The mobile site is good enough too. Also the ability to add gifs to posts and comments make things quite enjoyable.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I like the sense of community it provides; it also helps to boost your sense of achievement and motivate to work harder; it is also a nice way to show appreciation to others, as well as get small prizes for your daily job

What do you like best about Bonusly? This tool has totally transformed our staff communications. In the past, the accolades were only given by leadership. When your running a small company it was hard to always notice and be as supportive as the team needed. With Bonusly, it distributes the effort of honoring your team to the group and they LOVE it. I recommend it to all business owners. It makes managing fun.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that we can include hashtags according to our core values and see how many posts/month relate to each core value. it's awesome to see which areas of our organization are thriving and what we need to work on.

"It's an okay rewarding tool"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The UI is easy to use, is good to get rewards in different country as for instance if you want to get an Amazon voucher for a friend living in another country.
