What do you like best? It is an easy way to be grateful to other people and recognize their effort, Although currently used only in one area, I would like it to be used throughout the company.

"Very useful for Online-Teams "
What do you like best? It holds my team together (60+ teachers who solely work online/remote). They are constantly rewarding their colleagues for their help, birthdays, anniversaries and it promotes good communication. They love it. It is also flexible and can adjust to any business model (off-and online). & we use their BOT so remote staff can directly reward each other through our group chat (we created a "Thank you" chat for this purpose).
