Fun tool
PROS: I like Bonusly because it allows us to help one another in creating a positive company culture by recognizing a work colleague, regardless of rank, and make it fun by using hashtags and gifs. I also like the variety of rewards. You can even choose to donate to charity. Everyone just proactively recognizes a colleague's outstanding work.

Appreciation equals reward
PROS: I like being able to show appreciation of my work mates, and we all get several options for prize redemption, including Amazon. It's quick and easy to give a bonus to someone from work, and it helps that Bonusly is able to integrate with third-party apps that we already use.

Excellent tool for feedback
PROS: I like that Bonusly enables us to give our colleagues feedback and publicly recognize a job well done. It works with various non-government organizations so we can opt for part of our pay to be given back to the community. Literal bonus: being able to redeem bonus points for gift cards at places like Amazon or Starbucks.

What do you like best? Recognition for the small things (things that may otherwise be overlooked) and more visibility for team members that I don't get to work with very often!

Bonusly review
PROS: I like that Bonusly is customized according to what we needed, and it's so easy and feels good to keep recognizing great work done by yourself and your colleagues. CONS: Adding more reward options would be nice.
