There's fun to be had at Bonusly!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like having the option of giving to charities or treating myself. Bonusly is also integrated with Slack, so that's convenient from an internal communications standpoint because I learn about what my colleagues are up to!

PROS: I like having the option of giving to charities or treating myself. Bonusly is also integrated with Slack, so that's convenient from an internal communications standpoint because I learn about what my colleagues are up to! CONS: GIFs in the Slack integration would make it even more fun.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I LIKE THAT WHEN YOU FUNDS ARE LOW , BONUSLY HAVE SAVED THE DAY, CARRIED ME OVER TO PAYDAY ETC.

Company-wide recognition
PROS: I like that it's easy to understand and use. Bonusly basically allows us to reward outstanding colleagues. Very simple. CONS: None, it's been very effective for us.

My thoughts on Bonusly
PROS: I like the thought of being able to recognize -- and be recognized -- for the work I or my colleagues have done outstandingly, regardless of teams and departments. CONS: Nothing major. It would be nice to be able to share my gift card with other people, but it's not urgent.

Amazing for engagement
PROS: I like having access to the overview and stats of my own account and being given the option of quickly sharing positive feedback about a colleague. CONS: So far so good, so nothing to add here.
