What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonus it is a great app to reconginize coworkers while simultaneously feeling rewarded. It is quick and easy to do so and the reward options are plentiful as well.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly makes it super fun to do the job. Everytime a coworker does something big or small everyone is so supportive and this platform allows us to connect with those who work in the office, as well as those who are still remote due to the pandemic. The Gif's make it so unique to be able to express your thanks in words and pictures.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I like that Bonusly allows expressing gratitude for team members among each other. It boosts self-esteem, energy and relationship. It gives a mini shout-out for both big and small work team members do.

A strong employee engagement tool
PROS: I like that we have more opportunities to recognize our colleagues who have done outstanding work. It's morale-boosting for everyone. CONS: It would help if we can add colleagues to the program, whose email addresses are suffixed with .edu.
