"One of the finest team building tools I've used to date..."

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the spirit behind the app and its purpose. Bonus.ly makes working a joy w/ fellow co-workers b/c we've been armed w/ a great way to recognize our colleagues for the real achievements they put in day to day. It adds an extra level of satisfaction I didn't know was possible! Bonus.ly has helped keep our team bonds stronger as far as being able to appreciate each other w/o concern over distance, or a shared space being a necessity.

What do you like best about Bonusly? We started using Bonusly in March of 2022 and I find it's a great tool for recognizing coworkers that put in the extra effort and go above and beyond. Sometimes that's taken for granted but it's good to recognize and encourage being a company wide team and not in your own little bubble - sometimes we revert to our bubble when we're really busy and forget that we're all on the same big team.

What do you like best about Bonusly? i like being able to communicate effectively. it really helps to show staff that they are appreciate, we use different hashtags to emphasize work. we don't have competitors

What do you like best about Bonusly? I think it's great to have a quick and easy way to immediately show appreciation for a colleague's actions or celebrate big moments. I have used them for everything from thanking a colleague for helping me out on a task to congratulating someone on a promotion.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Encourage employee. Employees work for each other and trust each other. It's an excellent way to communicate. It's very helpful and the employee pays more attention to work

What do you like best about Bonusly? I enjoy rewarding our team members for all the hard work that they do, and i like the recognition that our entire company is able to see. i have not seen any other competitors that have they type of recognition tool

What do you like best about Bonusly? It is a public forum that is viewable to everyone in our organization. We are allotted $10/ea a month, and if someone goes out of their way to help/assist, comes up with a unique or awesome solution, or simply goes the extra mile... someone gives them Bonusly dollars. The best part is you can tag the reason for the dollars such as Integrity, or Customer-First, or Problem-Solving, and provide an explanation and a value $1-10. People get creative in how ...
