What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is great for being able to postively reenforce desired behaviors. Managers don't always have visibility into every nitty gritty thing we do, but our colleagues do. This way we can recognize each others good work.

Users get to choose a reward they really want and anyone can give points anytime.
