"Bonus.ly changed everything"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I like that it opens up our team to not only support one another but it opened us for donating to charity. We are big on the community and like that, we are able to give back just on our hard work and efforts. It also shows that we can shout out through the reward system instead of announcing we are going to reward them after the shout out.

"Insulting rewards program"
What do you like best about Bonusly? absolutely nothing. To recognize someone with award points worth 10 cents each with the big winner buying a tacco bell $5.00 gift card IF they can gather 50 points is insulting. Really? To compliment and recognize someone for a job well done with points each month of merely 100 per manager to dole out and divide across an entire team is dumb! depending how big your team is and how many you have that are worth recognition this measly cheap award is ...

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is a great tool to reward our colleagues for their contribution to the project or helping us. I personally love it's leadership board feature which motivate everyone to do their best in the Company.

What do you like best about Bonusly? There is nothing like giving or receiving recognition in a timely manner! Bonusly is a great way to show and share your appreciate with your team members in real time. I've gotten some neat stuff of of Amazon and paid for a hotel room with my Bonusly points.
