"It's a creative way of saying "Thank you"! Love it"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The idea that we can give these bonusly points to our colleagues, and they aren't just points; is amazing! I realised eventually that we can redeem these points in so many ways. You get to really tell your colleagues what you liked about their work (Customer centricity, empathy etc) without really being too verbose.

"Easy and fun way to reward my employees!"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is a really fun concept that allows me to publicly recognize the positive things my team does. As a manager, I love being able to attach a tangible award to my verbal/written praise, it feels like it makes a larger impact than just telling someone they did a good job. It also allows my teammates to celebrate each other, and recognize each other for small day-to-day victories like helping each other.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love how Bonusly allows me to recognize my teammates. It's such a fun program. You can add emojis, gifs, and hashtags. I also love how your recognition points don't expire. I've been accumulating mine for a nice gift card. They have many options when you want to redeem your points. You can even redeem the points for charities.
