What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly makes it easy and fun to recognize members of your organization throughout all departments with a few easy clicks. It also helps encourage employees to do a good job and be kind because there's a good chance they'll be recognized for going above and beyond. Plus who doesn't like earning 'cash' to places they regularly shop or don't typically shop at and can now afford an item on their wishlist because of this program?

What do you like best about Bonusly? feeling appreciated and grateful is one of the great upsides of this site. I can't think of any downside but, expecting everyone to send me points after every interaction is one of the downsides.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the integration of bonusly with Slack, that makes it really easy to send points. I also love how you can include gifs in the messages. Those always make me smile, whether I am giving them or receiving them. The options for spending your points are amazing, they have giftcards to places that I actually shop at. This is just a nice added bonus to the work that I do at my job.
